A. Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance. This is offered for $10.95 a month, or you can enroll with your own provider. Please contact our office for more information.

A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.

A. Rent includes Wi-Fi, parking, and access to all our community amenities. Power and water will be split among your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. The price for utilities will vary based on usage.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information on your application to register. We allow a maximum of one pet per resident with a non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional monthly pet rent of $25. Please note that we do have breed restrictions in plac, including Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, and Chow Chows. Contact our leasing office to learn more about our pet policy and register your companion.

A. Our leases are individual leases, which means you are only financially responsible for your own space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent payment.

A. Our Rent-Controlled Housing Program is designed to provide affordable housing options for students during their college careers. The program sets a cap on the maximum rent that can be charged for a unit, ensuring that housing costs are manageable based on the applicant’s salary. If you prefer to bring your own furniture or already have pieces you love, our unfurnished apartments provide a blank canvas for you to create your perfect space.
